• Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as agreed with our support team
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the refund is due to our error
• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer handling are not eligible for a refund
